The sandy beach (with stony sections), stretching over ca. 3 km from Villammare all the way to the gates of Capitello, is only 100 m away.
The town centre and the charming port promenade of Villammare are also reached easily on foot within ca. 300 m.
The holiday home built in 2000 offers a kitchen-cum-living room (with sofa and TV), three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet and washing machine.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, one bedroom comes with a double bed.
To the kitchen equipment belong an oven, a 4-spot gas stove and a refrigerator with ice box.
From the kitchen-cum-living room you step onto the roofed terrace with round arc. Here and in front of the house there are beautiful possibilities for sitting outdoors with a view of lemon, orange and olive trees.
Next to the house you find an outdoor shower and a sink for small laundry.

A private access road leads to the small, fenced property of the Villetta. Next to the house there is a separate, reserved parking bay for 2 cars at your disposal. The garden area surrounding the Villetta belongs to the Prezioso family and is also fenced and lockable. By means of a private path and a small cul-de-sac you also reach the beach easily with little children.

Its location predestines the house for a relaxing bathing holiday, a car is not necessary to get around. Nice excursions are possible to Maratea, Sapri, Scario and to the WWF oasis of Morigerati.
