The four holiday homes in Marina di Ascea (Cilento, Southern Italy) have been completely renovated and newly furnished by the owner in 2008.
They are identically laid out and offer space for up the six guests each.
The semi-detached houses are comfortably furnished and on ground level.
Across your private roofed terrace, which cannot be looked at from the other holiday homes you enter the kitchen-cum-living room.
A modern built-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven and electric coffee maker does not leave any wishes unfulfilled. You may have breakfast either on the furnished terrace outdoors or inside at the dining table. A couch, which also serves as sleeping possibility for one person, provides for comfort, satellite TV with English and German channels is at your disposal.
From each of the two bedrooms you have access to a small balcony.
One of the bedrooms is designed in the arte povera style typical of Southern Italy and equipped with a double bed and safe. In the second bedroom there are twin beds, as well as a foldaway couch for one guest. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC and a sink for hand laundry.
Especially handy: the guests of Le Ville di Velia have shared use of a washing machine. Due to the built-in central heating the holiday homes in Marina di Ascea is also recommended for a stay during the winter months.
You may park your car in the parking garage belonging to the property.
Children are welcome guests in the Ville Mare Blu. On the little playground they can frolic and make friends with other little vacationers.

Franco Perazzo, the owner of the holiday homes in Marina di Ascea, will gladly give you recommendations and care for your well-being – also the carnal one: in his groves he produces the “gold of the Cilento”, i.e. olive oil. Readily he will explain to the interested listener everything about the fruit and its processing and will surely let you taste the final product. On demand he delivers his oil all over Europe.

A special service for train travellers: from the train station in Ascea (Cilento) you will be picked up by the owner free of charge and be taken to your holiday domicile.

Prices per week for the holiday homes (Marina di Ascea) are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. final cleaning. Costs for heating (central heating) will be charged on the spot at cost price.
The surcharge for the 5th/6th person will be charged per person and week.
Upon request bed linen and towels will be provided at a price of 8 Euros per person and week (please mention on the booking form!).
If necessary, a child’s cot is provided by the owner free of charge.
When booking, please note down whether you want to bring along your pet. If so, there will be an extra charge of € 30 per pet and per week.
A deposit of 100 Euro ist due upon arrival.
