The four holiday homes of the Perazzo family, finished in the autumn of 2005, are situated at the end of a cul-de-sac leading directly to the sea.
Marina di Ascea, due to its central location, is ideal also for culturally interested vacationers, who are eager to discover the sights of the Cilento. Only a stone’s throw away, for example the excavations of the ancient town of Velia are found.
One of the major concerns of the owner was to keep the privacy of the recreation-seekers.
You enter your holiday domicile over the roofed, spacious terrace, which can not be looking upon by the other holiday homes. Here you may start your day with an outdoor breakfast and wrap up the evening with a wonderful dinner.
On the ground floor of your holiday home the ample and well-furnished kitchen-cum-living room is located, with enough space for cooking and dining together, to watch TV (satellite dish with German and English channels) or to relax on the couch.
Across a hallway you reach one of a total of three bedrooms of your holiday home. The room is furnished with a double bed and has access to the private small balcony. Also located on the ground floor is one of the two bathrooms (with shower/bidet/WC, as well as a sink for laundry).

A staircase leads to the first floor. The two bedrooms (with single beds) offer space for two and three people, respectively. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. Due to the built-in central heating, the Ville Mare Blu are also recommendable for a stay during the winter.
Children are welcome guests in the Ville Mare Blu. On the playground they can frolic and make friends with other little vacationers. The two outdoor showers come in handy at the end of a day on the beach. Available to all guests is the central washing machine. You may park your car in the basement garage belonging to the Ville Mare Blu.

Franco Perazzo, the owner of the Ville Mare Blu, will be happy to give you some holiday tips and will touchingly care for your well-being – even in the corporal sense: In his groves he produces the ”gold of the Cilento”, the olive oil. Eagerly he explains to interested listeners everything about the fruit and its processing, and will certainly let you try some of the finished produce.
A special service for train travellers: From Ascea train station you are fetched for free and brought to your holiday domicile.

Prices per week for the holiday homes are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include costs for final cleaning. Upon request, bed linens and towels will be provided at an extra of 8 Euro per person per week (please mention on the booking form!). Heating (central heating) will be charged on the spot at cost price. For a possible 7th and 8th person an extra amount of € 40 Euro / week will be charged.
A deposit of 100 Euro ist due upon arrival.
