The holiday home Villa Claudia is located in the exclusive villa park La Pietra. Here, a little above the charming fishing village of Scario you find a lot of green and a marvellous view upon the sea and the Gulf of Policastro. At the same time you reach the nearest beach within only about 1.3 km.
On the approximately 8,000 sqm property you are immersed in a Mediterranean marvel: Big palm trees grow in the terraced garden, next to tall cactuses typical for the South, as well as pomegranate, lemon and olive trees. The owner, who is living in Rome, loves her Villa Claudia exactly because of this southerly-abundant splendour.
The three spacious terraces of your Scario holiday home invite you to live outdoors.
From the roof terrace you look far upon the sea, the Gulf of Policastro and all the way to the mountain world of Calabria beyond. In the summer the patio is shaded by straw mats.
The roofed terrace on the ground floor with its beautiful couch group and the open round arcs towards the garden resembles an oasis. Here you may indulge in a book and listen to the nightly concert of the crickets.
Adjacent to the side of house is the third terrace with a roofed grill.
Across the terrace you access the generous living/dining room of your holiday home with the typically local ceiling with wooden beams. A cosy couch corner (with TV) and a pretty chimney provide for relaxed hours.
A little detached from the living area you find the dining area with its large table of solid wood.
Also located on the ground floor ist he separate kitchen. The built-in kitchen is made of solid wood. It is equipped with dishwasher and electrical coffeemaker (please bring your own filters). Clever: the kitchen has access to the living room, the garden and the terrace with roofed grill.
On the ground floor there is also a separate WC with bidet.
By means of a staircase you reach the upper floor. The two comfortably furnished bedrooms both offer a double bed and have access to the roof terrace. From the rooms you look upon the sea, as well. The bathroom is equipped with bath tub (with shower curtain)/bidet/WC.

On the fenced property you may park two cars.
Due to the central heating and the chimney this Scario holiday home is also suited for a stay during the winter months.

Prices per week for the holiday home are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Possible costs for heating (central heating, chimney) will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 150 Euros is due upon arrival.
