On the ample terrace and through the large window arcs of the house your always have the soothing wideness of the sea in front of you.
The terrace runs along two sides of the house and is partly roofed.
Casa Franca is furnished with bright, friendly floor tiles.
On the ground floor of the house you find a large kitchen-cum-dining room with modern built-in kitchen, a separate living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom (tub with shower device/WC/bidet).
From the dining area and the living room you have access to the terrace and through the wide window arcs the already mentioned “eye contact” to the sea.
Through a spiral staircase you reach the first floor with two additional bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet.
The bedroom with double bed has its own sea-view roof terrace.
Additional features are a washing machine and satellite TV.
On the terrace there is an outdoor shower.
You may park your car directly at the house below the terrace.
The town centre of Marina di Pisciotta with grocery store, bar and restaurants is approx. 1.5 km away.
