On a little path you will after 100 m reach Torre Zincalo and the sea and from there after another 400 m on foot the pebble/sandy beach Lentiscelle.
On a slope the villa offers 
three apartments, one of which is inhabited by the Roman proprietors during holidays.
Moreover there is a smaller separate guest house.
You reach the recently renovated guest house by its own gate.
It contains a kitchen-cum-living room, a double and a single bedroom and a bathroom (tub/WC).
From both the kitchen-cum-living room and the double bedroom you have access to the spacious terrace.
The roofed terrace even has an old (closed) well.
The renovation included the installation of air conditioning, which serves as heating during cooler months.
The old, thick olive trees give the property a special ambience; they grow all the way up to the terrace.
Next to the roofed common terrace you find a small kitchen next to the pizza oven made of stone (e.g. for preparing your pizza).
The town centre of Marina di Camerota is approx. 2.4 km away. The access road is a country lane of about 200 m, branching off the paved road (for residents only) and ending at the villa.
On the fenced-in property there is a parking spot for your car.
