Close to the marvellous coastal road of Maratea in the Cersuta subdivision the Ianni-Iurillo family’s guest house is situated on a 5000 sqm property with fantastic panorama.
To Villetta Annamaria belong two sea-view terraces, a balcony and an ample garden area.
Within only 400 m you reach by a footpath the beautiful sandy beach of the village.
The guest house offers space for up to four guests.
On the ground floor you find the living/dining room with terrace and garden access and the separate kitchen. On cooler evenings you may light a fire in the chimney and let your vacation day fade out in a cosy atmosphere. While cooking in the “in muratura” kitchen, you have a nice view into the green.
Across a few steps you enter the upper floor of the guest house.
The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and twin beds, respectively. Both rooms appear bright and friendly due to the large paned doors and have access to the common balcony and the garden.
Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. A washing machine is available in a separate room.
