One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom (bath tub with shower device, WC, Bidet) and sea view balcony. An additional bathroom on the first floor is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
On the lower floor of the house you find another double bedroom with bathroom (shower, WC, bidet) from which you have access to the garden.
The garden is also accessible from the kitchen (with dishwasher), which is located on the ground floor next to the living area.
There is a shaded parking bay for two cars on the fenced property at your disposal.

The turquoise-blue sea and the rocky bay with the small shingle beach of the villa park you reach after approx. 300 m (the last 200 meters are a way with stairs).
Marina di Maratea and the nearest grocery store you reach after 2 km. The charming centro storico of Maratea and the harbour with restaurants and stores are each 3 km away.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linens, towels and final cleaning. Heating (chimney, little gas stoves) will be charged on the spot at cost price.
A deposit of € 250.- is due upon arrival.
* In the periods 26.09.2009-05.06.2010 and 25.09.2010-08.01.2011 a surcharge of 25 Euro / week will be charged for the 5th to the 8th person each. In the periods 05.06.-03.07.2010 and 28.08.-25.09.2010 a surcharge of 25 Euro / week will be charged for a possible 7th and 8th person each.
