A fantastic view upon the Tirreno and the amazing coast is presented to the guests from the three large terraces of Villa Lanfranchi. On the approx. 1,000 m² property you are surrounded by a variety of Mediterranean flowers, plants and olive trees. Here an outdoor breakfast or a sunset dinner will become an unforgettable experience.
In Villa Lanfranchi you live on two floors. The owner has furnished her holiday home tastefully and individually.
On the ground floor you find the spacious living and dining room with access to the terrace and the garden. With its beautiful round arcs, its pleasant chimney, the cosy sofa corner (with TV) and the large dining table you will surely enjoy using this room to sit together and relax.
Your kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there is also one of the four bedrooms (double bed) with access to terrace and garden, as well as a bathroom with shower/bidet/WC.
One of the two double bedrooms on the upper floor of your holiday home has its own sun terrace, the twin bedroom has a French balcony. From both you have a wonderful sea view.
In addition to the bathroom with bath tub/bidet/WC there is a separate WC.
Your holiday home is equipped with air condition.
Outdoors, you have an outdoor shower and a brick grill at your disposal.
You may park your car on the reserved parking spot in front of the house.
The nearest grocery stores are found within about 800 m.
Discover during your holiday in Villa Lanfranchi one of the most beautiful stretches of Southern Italy: The scenically charming steep coast, hidden bathing bays, the picturesque mountain village of Maratea and excellent hiking trails will excite you. Nature-loving vacationers can explore both the Cilento national park and the Pollino national park from Maratea.
The little town of Matera with its cave dwellings (UNESCO world cultural heritage) is counted to the pearls of Basilicata and is worth a visit!

Prices per week for the holiday home are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linens, towels and final cleaning. A deposit of 200 Euro is due upon arrival. Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price.
* In the periods 03.10.2009 - 29.05.2010 and 02.10.2010 - 08.01.2011 a supplement of 30 Euros per week, in the periods 29.05.2010 - 03.07.2010 and 28.08.2010 - 02.10.2010 a supplement of 40 Euros per week is charged for a possible 7th and 8th person each.
