- Villa degli Aranci is less than 100 metres from the sea.
It is after the orange trees growing on the property that the friendly owner of Villa degli Aranci has named his holiday home, which was completed in 2005.
On the estate you will also find olive trees, fig trees, lemon trees and banana plants. Amidst a green fruit orchard and yet less than 100 metres to the beach: the villa’s location is perfect for those who love to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea. You reach Villammare’s 3 kilometres of wide, sandy beach (with some stony sections) by using a private path and a small access road. It’s an easy way to get to the sea - even with children.
The centre of the small village, where you can stroll along the lovely beach promenade, is only about 300 metres away.
There are two apartments in your holiday home: Type A on the ground floor, type B on the first floor. The owner of Villa degli Aranci planned them with particular attention to preserving the privacy of the guests.
Each holiday apartment has its separate entrance and its own share of the garden (including garden furniture and outdoor shower).
Sun worshippers as well as guests who prefer reading a book in the shade of the trees, find apt places on the property.
Various seating accommodations invite you to stay outdoors. Enjoy the Mediterranean evenings on the large, slightly elevated terrace and the smaller balcony of apartment A. In apartment B you have three balconies at your disposal.
Floor plan, furnishing and equipment of both holiday apartments are similar, both have been newly furnished. You can prepare your meals in the kitchen-cum-dining room (with TV) with its friendly wooden furniture and have a cup of typical Italian "caffè" together afterwards.

From the kitchen you enter all the other rooms of your flat. The three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) have access to the terrace and balcony respectively.
Your modern bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Your car may be parked on the fenced property belonging to your holiday apartment.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating (little gas ovens) will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 100 Euro is due upon arrival.
