Like an eagle's nest, the medieval village of Pisciotta lies perched on a hilltop overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While strolling through the picturesque village centre, you will catch various fascinating glimpses of the scintillating blue sea.
During you stay at Casa Stefania, you need only take a step outdoors to enjoy a fantastic view of the sea: on the beautiful, spacious terrace, holiday dreams come true. While relaxing, sunbathing or reading, the deep blue sea will always lie at your feet. In the evening hours, you can recall the day's events and enjoy the picturesque sunsets while sipping a glass of wine.
Small, but neat, Casa Stefania, located in the „centro storico“ of Pisciotta, is the ideal holiday apartment for two. In 2009, the friendly owners have done a thorough renovation of the ca. 30 m² apartment and have put in new furnishing. The studio apartment is divided into a living and a sleeping area by a gallery.
The lower area includes a modern kitchenette with full oven, a dining table with four chairs and a sofa bed which can be used as a sleeping facility for a third person. The staircase at the side takes you to the sleeping gallery spacious enough for a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom of Casa Stefania is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
Furthermore, the holiday apartment has Sat-TV with foreign channels and – handy for a lengthy stay – a washing machine. Air conditioning with integrated heating system provides for pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.

As the „centro storico“ of Pisciotta is off limits to cars, you cannot take your car straight to the holiday apartment. There are enough possibilities for parking about 100 metres off, around the village centre.
One kilometre along a nice hiking trail takes you to the beautiful beach (partly sand, partly pebble) of Marina di Pisciotta.
The lively piazza of Pisciotta is only a stone's throw from Casa Stefania. Small grocery stores and café-bars invite you to try local specialities.
A cash point and the post office are not far either. Those who do not want do any cooking themselves, should stop by the restaurant „Tre Gufi“ to enjoy not only its unique sea view terrace but also its delicious pizza.
At Pisciotta, you can still experience authentic Italian village life: children playing carefree in the small winding alleys; old men discussing international and village affairs in the café-bars; countrywomen offering vegetables and fruit in the piazza on market day, bargaining with housewives and exchanging news. That is Southern Italy!

The prices for this holiday apartment are valid per week and for the number of persons given in brackets, including bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Costs for heating (air conditioning with integrated heating system) are charged on the spot according to use.
A deposit of 100 Euro is due upon arrival.
