In the Capo Grosso subdivision of Marina di Camerota, on a green hill above the sea, lies the neat, apricot-coloured Residence Andrea of the Bifulco family. The small, horseshoe-shaped holiday compound with eleven beautiful holiday apartments was completed at the end of 2004.
Situated in a cul-de-sac, in a landscape shaped by olive trees, the location of the Residence has been smartly chosen.
The sandy beach of Capo Grosso (partly rough, partly fine) is reached after only 600 m on foot.
The house is also an ideal starting point for hiking tours. A most beautiful hiking trail for example leads from the beach of Capo Grosso along the coast to the centre of Marina di Camerota.

Additionally, there are hiking tours possible along the Italian-Greek monks’ trails to Palinuro and to the medieval mountain village of Camerota.
Water rats may not only swim in the nearby sea: a 5*10 m swimming pool is at your disposal.
The holiday apartments (6* type A, 5* type B) are tastefully and comfortably furnished in a modern way.
All apartments have a large balcony or terrace, a modern built-in kitchen, a washing machine and satellite TV. The balconies and terraces are all roofed.
The holiday apartments type A have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Additionally, you find a kitchen-cum-dining room and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet.
The holiday apartments type B are equipped with one bedroom with double bed, a kitchen-cum-living room with double sleeping couch (for a possible 3rd and 4th person) and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet.
A reserved parking spot on the fenced property belongs to each apartment. The owners will provide bicycles upon request.
The centro storico and the port promenade of Marina di Camerota with grocery stores, café-bars and restaurants are approx. 2 km away.

Prices per week or day, respectively, are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linens, towels and final cleaning. Daily rates are valid for a stay of 3 to 6 days (minimum stay: 3 days).
The holiday apartments are equipped with central heating and air conditioning. In case of use a lump sum of 20 Euros for heating and 52,50 Euros for air conditioning will be charged on the spot.
A deposit of € 100.- is due upon arrival.
Fee per bicycle and week: 40 euro.
Pool opening times: 27.03.-31.10.
* Type B: in the periods 04.09.2010-25.06.2011 and 03.09.2011-07.01.2012 an additional amount of 50 Euros/week or 10 Euros/day is charged for a 3rd and 4th person each, in the periods 21.08.-04.09.2010, 25.06.-16.07.2011 and 20.08.-03.09.2011 an amount of 60 Euros/week or 15 Euros/day and in the period 16.07.-30.07.2011 an amount of 80 Euros/week or 15 Euros/day, respectively.
