Located on the Previteri hills of Marina di Camerota, the Villa delle Agavi offers a splendid far-reaching view – down towards Marina di Camerota and across the sea. The beautiful sandy beach of Calanca bay is approx. 1.1 km away and is easily reached on foot.

The villa is also an ideal starting point for hiking tours into the hinterland, because the access road, which is for residents only, soon turns into a small country lane taking you e.g. to the medieval town of Camerota and to Monte San Antonio.
The two holiday apartments Carla and Teresa are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor, respectively, in the right-hand part of the duplex-house.
Apartment Carla (max. 5 persons) has a nice seaview terrace in front of the living/dining room and the separate kitchen, as well as a share of the garden, also with a terrace.
Sofas, an open fireside and terracotta floor tiles provide for a pleasant atmosphere in the spacious living/dining room.
There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds and a foldaway bunk bed (5th/6th person). The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC.
Among the plants growing around the garden terrace, you will find a palm tree and the agave trees which have given the villa its name.
By way of an outdoor staircase you reach apartment Teresa (max. 4 persons). The large balcony, accessible from the living/dining room and the double bedroom, offers a wonderful panoramic view.
The tasteful, bright living area with its dark parquet floor, modern open fireside, sofa and rattan furniture is very appealing. It is from here that you have access to a second, smaller balcony. The cooking area is integrated into the living/dining room.
Besides the double bedroom with access to the balcony, there is a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC.
Both apartments have TV and central heating. There is a washing machine for shared use by the guests. You may park your car next to the house. The nearest grocery store is 700 m, the village centre approx. 1 km away.
For a small fee, the owner would pick you up at the station. Please enquire at our agency.

Prices per week are valid for the number of people given in brackets and include bed-linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating (central heating) will be charged on the spot according to usage. A deposit of 50 Euros is due on the spot.
During the summer months 1 sun umbrella and 2 deck chairs for the beach can be rented on the spot for € 6.- per day.
* An additional amount of 25 Euro / week is charged for a 5th person (Carla).
