Villa Pomarico met our highest expectations. Its proprietors and inhabitants, the Troccoli Family, have turned their two holiday apartments on the first floor into genuine gems.
Furnished with elements of Art Nouveau and Biedermeier and countless details of elegant style, these apartments also offer any comforts, to start with a high-grade kitchen equipment, to end with the washing machine and TV.
The elaborately decorated ceilings are 3.80 m high.
Apartment Felice: This is the larger of the two apartments - c. 95 sq.m. It has got two bedrooms (one of them featuring a spare-bed for children), kitchen-living-room, bathroom with a stilted tub, bidet and a separate shower, hall-stand and four (!) balconies.
Apartment Emanuela: The smaller apartment - 70 sq.m. - features one large bedroom (30 sq.m) with a child´s bed, a large kitchen-living-room, on the second level a second bedroom (ceiling height 1.40 m), a bathroom with a tub (including a shower curtain and sliding door), a bidet and three (!) balconies.
On the balconies you will find a table each with six chairs and a sunshade.
In the garden there is a table plus six chairs and a sunshade, too.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linen, towels and final cleaning. Potential costs of heating will be charged at cost price and have to be paid on the spot.
On the spot a deposit of 100 EURO must be paid.
